COSL Canada is looking for a dedicated and reliable field inventory supervisor to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be responsible for cooperating with logistics to conduct the acceptance inspection of materials after delivery at laydown yard, the management of material requisition and consumption, the inbound and outbound of materials, the statistics of CCL owned inventory, inventory checking and other related materials inventory work.
- Report to Inventory Specialist, implement the requirements of the material management system of CCL, manage CCL owned inventory on the field.
- Be responsible for supervising the acceptance inspection of materials at field laydown yard, complete the MDR& MI records after the materials acceptance, and ensuring that the material acceptance complies with the company's policies.
- In accordance with the company's policies, be responsible for using material management software or other systems to conduct MI & MO & Material Transfer, ensuring that the Finance inventory records match the actual inventory.
- Be responsible for keeping records of CCL owned material requisition and consumption and manage the materials in the Qunset warehouse, ensuring that the records of material consumption for each day and each well are accurate and timely.
- Responsible for organizing regular inventory checking on site and statistical analysis, update the CCL inventory list of materials in real time.
- Track and summarize the actual consumption and usage reports of long-lead materials, submit monthly usage reports to Inventory Specialist for charge.
- Be responsible for the storage and identification of materials at the laydown yard and in the Qunset warehouse, ensuring that they comply with the company's management standards.
- Be responsible for organizing the inventory counting, inspection and maintenance of CCL owned inventory on-site.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in front-line.
- Be familiar with drilling and completion materials, including casing, tubing, ESP, etc.
- Experience in the drilling and completion sector is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
