Gutter Installer Requirements:

Able to lift 75 lbs

Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders throughout the day

Ability to take accurate measurements

Basic math skills

Team player attitude willing to pitch in for group success

Courteous demeanor

Quality focused and willing to learn

Construction, roofing, or siding background helpful but not required

Current driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop

Dependable, reliable, and good work ethic

Gutter Installer Duties:

Inspect, repair, remove damaged gutters

Measure, cut, join, and install gutters on client homes

Interact with customers as needed in a professional and courteous way

Deescalate and problem solve customer issues and escalate to lead/management as needed

Load and unload supplies and tools

Clean up debris and leave the customers home neat and tidy

Follow safety protocols
