Services are provided for full life of asset from pre-commissioning, through commissioning, operational, and decommissioning stages. TES provides solutions to the energy sector across all stages of the energy supply chain inclusive of upstream, midstream, and downstream.
TES provides industrial services such as chemical cleaning, pipeline pigging, and nitrogen services. Industries served include oil & gas, mining, refining & petrochemical, power generation, manufacturing, renewables, and marine.

Job Description
•Lead project design in development of project procedures and risk assessments and participate in field execution in an efficient, safe, and professional manner. Services include but are not limited to nitrogen, air drying, pneumatic and hydro testing, leak detection, chemical cleaning, pipeline pigging, and bolting.
•Supervise field work sites and personnel and ensure job operations are conducted in accordance with client specifications, government regulations, and company policies and procedures.
•Follow technical procedures in the execution of field services and actively monitor and record data as required. Seek advice and approval as required.
•Complete and document required paperwork including but not limited to operations reports, shift handovers, change orders, permit to work, lock-out tag-out, safety observations, etc.
•Provide coordination and leadership in the mobilization and demobilization of equipment, personnel, and materials. Actively participate in rig-in and rig-out of equipment.
•Maintains highest standards of safety within base and on customer locations by complying with and enforcing safety policies and procedures. Actively ensure that his / her own health and safety and the health and safety of all workers is consistently promoted. Ensure proper use of safety equipment by self and direct reports.
•Report all accidents, incidents or unsafe conditions and take all necessary steps to prevent accidental damage to company property, client facilities, and the environment.
•Work in outside environment in various weather conditions.
•Prepare studies, written reports, and general documentation.
•Constantly seek to improve customer satisfaction.
•Lead site visits and client meetings.
•Resource and price project related goods and/or services in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform coordination and expediting activities as required.
•Maintain and preserve project records.
•Liaise with department supervisors on maintenance of equipment and actively participate as a team member.
•Supervision and participation in field operations, including but not limited to:
•Cross-checking of equipment on arrival at site with corresponding load out list and/or goods manifest
•Safety of all operations
•Rig-up of equipment and hook-up to existing client/site facilities
•Supervision of personnel
•Act as onsite client contact
•Complete and record project-related paperwork. Compile and submit collated site documentation and paperwork.
•Document, report and participate in investigation of any incidents.
•Site to base reporting and communication
•Assist in compilation and preparation of draft invoices
•Advise management, as requested or directed, on performance of both personnel and equipment
•Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
•Domestic, offshore, and international travel as required.
Experience
•3 to 5 years related experience in above-identified services (considered an asset)
•Good mechanical or engineering aptitude (considered an asset)
•Supervisory skills and experience (considered an asset)
•Physically fit to meet the job’s physical demands. Field work requires walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching above head. It also includes getting on and off equipment as well as lifting materials and equipment (considered an asset).
•Able to work offshore (mandatory)
Education
•High school diploma (mandatory)
•Recognized degree in engineering (mandatory)
Skills and Knowledge
•Familiarity with RTEI products and services (considered an asset)
•Computer Literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point (mandatory)
•Valid Drivers Licence (mandatory)

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
