We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Construction Manager Assistant to join our team at K&A Engineering in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. The FCMA coordinates the schedule with the FCM, Project Manager and Construction Manager with regard to the required site progress, the resources required and their mobilization and demobilization in time, and the corrective measures necessary in order to accomplish the work as far as safety, quality, schedule and cost.
