FIELD COORDINATOR

We’re looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Byers COlocation. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation

- Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members

- Create and maintain daily and material reports

- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management

- Track equipment usage

- Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed

- Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and gather all compliance documents required for closeout

- Assist operations management with various field duties

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary

- Admin and office tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, etc

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

- Perform miscellaneous duties assigned


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school Diploma or equivalent

- Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Must hold a valid Driver’s License

- Physical activity for the role includes:

- Travel as needed between job site and office

- Walking for long periods, on variable terrain

- Sitting and standing for long periods

- Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead

- Manual dexterity for computer and small equipment use

- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
