Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring!

NOV – Fiber Glass Systems provides composite piping systems, fittings, and structures to the oil and gas, chemical, marine, offshore, fuel handling, and mining industries. These DAY SHIFT manufacturing positions are routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.

This position is located in Burkburnett, TX, and plays an integral role in ensuring Safe and Quality final finishing of NOV Fittings before shipment to our customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operates any equipment needed to perform job.

Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

Utilize safe work habits.

Wear appropriate PPE.

Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures.

Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.

Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.

Willing and able work overtime and shift work as required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations.

Ability to adapt and be cross trained to learn all job duties as required.

Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.

Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes.

Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, & Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily

Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily

Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
