To add to our team of FFP Installers, we are now looking for Fence Installer Helpers. Our FFP Installer team is going through an incredible time of growth and development. ● Fence, Railing, and Gate Installation: Install various types of fences, railings, and gates on customer sites, ensuring accurate placement and alignment. Follow project specifications and blueprints to achieve precise installations that meet quality standards.
● Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail during installations to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Ensure that all components are properly aligned, level, and securely fastened to provide structural integrity and a polished appearance.
● Mastery with Hand/Power Tools: Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools proficiently and safely to carry out installation tasks. This includes but is not limited to drills, saws, measuring devices, and wrenches. Regularly maintain and inspect tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
● Physical Strength: Possess the ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment, as some items may weigh up to 60 lbs. Adhere to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols to minimize the risk of injury.
● Following Instructions: Follow both written and verbal instructions provided by supervisors, project managers, or lead fabricators to carry out fabrication tasks efficiently and accurately.
● Fence Repair: Conduct repairs and replacements on various types of fences and related products, such as damaged sections, posts, or hardware. Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and execute necessary repairs with precision and efficiency.
● Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record: Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles for transportation of materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
● Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by consistently reporting to work on time and completing assigned tasks within specified deadlines. Prioritize and manage work efficiently to ensure project timelines are met.
● Adaptable: Demonstrate that your skills and techniques are flexible depending on the project. Show that you are teachable and can learn new skills from leads and managers.
