Facility Operator (Temporary - 1099 Contractor)

ABOUT PHOENIX PARK ENERGY MARKETING LLC

Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) is based in Houston, Texas and is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in Canada, USA and Mexico predominantly via rail. The Hull NGL terminal located in Hull, Texas is at the core of PPEM’s strategy to increase product supply to customers in existing and potential new markets.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

PPEM will engage temporary facility operations supplemental labor support as independent contractors under a 1099 classification.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of a High School General Diploma OR equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience in Facility Operations

- General knowledge or experience of truck and rail operations. Previous experience in terminal operations an asset.

SERVICES

- The Independent Contractor is primarily responsible, as part of a 12-hour rotating shift team, for the safe and efficient operations of the terminal in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

- The Independent Contractor shall operate under the guidance of the Terminal Superintendent and senior Facility Operators.

- The Independent Contractor is responsible for the safe handling of Hull Terminal products through the execution of safe, efficient, and timely turnaround of railcars and tank trucks in accordance with pre-contracted agreements. These activities must be conducted in compliance with clearly detailed procedures, safely, cost-effectively, and reliably and must be delivered in a manner that consistently adds value to PPEM’s overall business process.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

The Services shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s safety procedures and policies under supervision.
