Facility (Building & Grounds) Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Worker will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on all APA buildings.

Position hours - 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday with overtime as needed

The areas of skill required are: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, air compressors, truck docks and outdoors.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
