Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Full-Time Facilities Coordinator to keep our office and warehouse running smoothly. This hands-on role includes lawn care, snow removal, light mechanical, basic maintenance, and general facility support.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain property landscaping and dog park: mowing, weeding, and upkeep
•Perform snow plowing and salting during winter months
•Assist with light mechanical issues and help oversee fleet
•Conduct preventative building maintenance and inspections
•Replace light bulbs, clean filters, and handle general repair needs
•Assist in warehouse organization and cleaning
•Occasionally deliver or transport parts as needed
Qualifications
•Experience in facilities management or similar field preferred
•Mechanical and construction experience preferred
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
•Excellent communication and self-management skills
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
•Physically able to lift and perform manual tasks
