About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled Facilities Maintenance and Fleet Technician to help ensure our facilities and vehicle fleet are clean, safe, and in top working condition. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a professional and functional environment for both our staff and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance:
•Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
•Monitor and restock cleaning and sanitation supplies
•Conduct basic facility maintenance and repairs (e.g., light bulbs, painting, furniture assembly)
•Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services
•Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Fleet Technician Duties:
•Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on company vehicles
•Schedule and track vehicle service appointments and registrations
•Maintain accurate logs of repairs, maintenance, and fuel usage
•Report any mechanical issues and coordinate with outside vendors as needed
•Ensure vehicles are clean, road-ready, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
•2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and/or vehicle maintenance
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
•Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
•Self-starter with good time management and communication skills
