What You’ll Do
•Interpret blueprints or work orders to fabricate structural components and specialized equipment that support our production needs.
•Carry out welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or Stick methods, along with various metal fabrication techniques to build and repair key mechanical systems.
•Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, cutting tools, torches, and other fabrication equipment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
•Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues with shop equipment and components to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
•Collaborate closely with manufacturing and production teams to provide timely fabrication support and keep projects moving forward.
•Lift, transport, and position heavy materials and fabricated parts throughout the shop using proper rigging and safety procedures.
•Uphold safety standards by maintaining a clean, hazard-free, and well-organized work environment at all times.
•Complete work orders, document tasks, and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet deadlines.

What We Need
•High school diploma or GED (technical school a plus)
•3–5 years of fabrication/welding experience
•Experience with a wide range of fabrication tools and shop equipment
•Forklift operator certification
•Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in shop conditions
