Fabrication Coordinator

DAMCON LP is a fast-paced and growing rebar fabrication company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Summary

We are seeking for a well-organized Coordinator that can assist team in handling daily tasks to keep shop in track. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of reinforcing steel components while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Schedule fabrication jobs and update production timelines

- Review and process orders for accuracy before released to production

- Prepare work orders and ensure all documentation is complete

- Track the progress of jobs and provide status updates to customers and internal teams

- Maintain accurate inventory and material usage records

- Coordinate deliveries and shipping paperwork

- Serve as the main point of contact for the shop on administrative matters

- Assist with billing, purchase orders, and other office tasks as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing.

- Knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes.

- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively is a plus.

- Experience with hand tools, cranes, forklifts, and other machinery used in fabrication, this knowledge can aid in position when ordering of parts is needed.

- Logistics knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
