Exterior Housekeeping Porter

The candidate will be responsible for:

· Assist in all types of cleaning outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested.

· Cleaning and sweeping of streets, parking lots, as well as grass and curb lines.

. Must be capable of operating backpack blowers, street vacuum and pressure washer.

. Must be willing to work on removing snow.

. Must demonstrate ability to supervise teams of staff employees.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to walk while working.

· Work outdoors in all types of weather.

· Operating backpack leaf blowers, walk behind street vacuums, pressure washers, buffing machines.

· Must have building maintaining/cleaning experience.

. Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

. Must have client service attitude.

Shift:

Wednesday - Sunday (20hrs) / Friday - Tuesday (20hrs) - 5am - 9am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.50 per hour
