Experienced Yard Loader Operator

Job Description:

•

Operate a wheel loader on a rock yard loading finished product into trucks accurately, timely,

efficient, and in a safe manner.

•

Maintain Stockpiles, minimize spillage, maximize usable product, and ensure zero contamination.

•

Maintain roads for safe, smooth, efficient driving conditions.

•

May also be required to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment as pit and yard needs

require, and at the discretion of the site superintendent.

•

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

•

Demonstrates a good working knowledge of company rules and assures facility compliance with

regulatory agencies.

•

Assure facility compliance with MSHA and other regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

•

Have at least two years experience operating a front-end loader – similar to a CAT 980

•

Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without

constant supervision.

•

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.

•

High school diploma GED

•

Supervisor Green Card Holder Preferable

•

Valid driver's license

•

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

•

Detail-oriented

•

Excellent time management and problem -solving skills.

•

Effective communication skills.
