· 1st Shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

· Understands the process of welding and complete welds using TIG and MIG methods on stainless steel (Primarily TIG)
· Sets up own machines and understands how to change welding tips and completes necessary machine maintenance
· Read blueprints and schematics to ensure welds and parts are located properly
· Identify parts shown in blueprints and ensure accuracy of projects
· Welds together stainless-steel components of products and works on weldments for various projects
· Ability to use measuring equipment (tape measure, calibers, protractors) to ensure that parts are made to specifications
· Maintain communication and documents problems and takes steps to resolve
· Use measuring, hand, and power tools as necessary for the assembly of products
· In addition to basic math skills, must be comfortable computing fractions and decimals
· As needed, assist in other production roles throughout the shop including bead blasting, assembly, shipping, layout, metal finishing, etc.
