As one of Summit's Experienced Remodelers, you will play a crucial role in our projects, working on various aspects of remodeling and repair tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Performing painting, drywall, trim work, kitchen cabinet installations, roof repairs, siding repairs, and gutter repairs.

- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and within project timelines.

- Collaborating with project managers, team members, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.

- Conducting inspections to identify areas in need of repair or improvement.

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

- Extensive experience and knowledge in remodeling and repair tasks, including painting, drywall, trim work, kitchen cabinets, roof repairs, siding repairs, and gutter repairs.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver precise and high-quality work.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

- Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of relevant regulations.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to pass a background check

- Ability to get on various Military Bases around Northern Virginial, Maryland, and DC.
