Experienced Framer

Conroe Awning and Screening is looking for key players willing to work at least 40 hr. weeks.

The requirements are the following:

Must be physically capable of lifting 40-50 lbs.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, loading, and unloading during entire length of shift.

Exposed to outdoors temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season.

MUST be able to read a tape measure and know basic math skills.

Ability to multi-task.

As a Framer/Installer Helper, you will support the construction team by assisting in various framing and installation tasks. Your core skills in carpentry, heavy lifting, and the use of hand and power tools will be essential for success in this role. You will work closely with experienced framers and installers, contributing to projects involving metal stud framing and frame carpentry. Basic math skills will be necessary for accurate measurements and layout. Your willingness to learn and collaborate will help ensure the timely and quality completion of construction projects.
