- Ensuring expediting activities are carried out with a clear understanding of processes and procedures.

- Managing and monitoring the more challenging and complex packages &/or suppliers and identify delivery improvement opportunities by details analysis of supplier project schedules.

- Proactively identifying and negotiating improvement opportunities with suppliers.

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in industry’s materials & document expediting best practices.

- Detailed knowledge of suppliers, manufacturing schedules and expediting, and the terms and conditions of purchase and supplier obligations.

- Be commercially astute with a “solutions mindset”, sound management of risk, consistent with safety and commercial requirements.

- Be customer-focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage
