About the Position
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Executive Support Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Under limited supervision, provide various professional and administrative support on projects by researching and compiling data to improve business operations and efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position will be in-office, Monday-Friday.
What are the key responsibilities?
•Assist with the calender of COO & Vice President, to include tasks of scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, preparing post-meeting correspondence, and assist with follow-up items.
•Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments.
•Enter and manage data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data.
•Assist in managing Company contracts and renewal dates.
•Serve as backup for Office Coordinator and administrative responsibilities.
•May assist with proofreading Company-wide emails and communication.
•Provide support at conferences to include packing and sorting materials, table setup, working the conference table, and breakdown and packing up of conference materials.
•Provide project management and strategic planning support for various projects.
•Manage customer events and scheduling, including accurate tracking of event data.
•Assist with setup and cleanup of onsite meeting or training events.
•May assist with special projects or tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to safely operate Motor Vehicle.
•Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.

•Job will require repeating motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers.
•Must be able to stand, sit, bend, pull, twist, push, and pull as necessary to move equipment and/or product.
•Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds, as necessary.
