Department: Directly reporting to the Manager of People and Culture
l Support executive leadership: Assist Head of Entity (HOE) and direct reports to HOE to ensure smooth operations and achievement of company goals
l Enhance executive efficiency: maintain and refine internal processes to optimize workflows and maximize the executives’ time and focus on high level priorities.
l Facilitate communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders, managing various projects and tasks.
o Coordinate meeting logistics and potentially record meeting minutes.
o Prepare expense reports and other reporting as needed
o Maintain organized filing systems (paper & digital), manage documents, reports, and presentations ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
o Provide support for various projects and initiatives, coordinating resources and tracking progress
- Taking on a more active role in managing timelines, coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, and communicating with stakeholders for various projects and initiatives
- Conducting from market research to feasibility studies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Business, Languages, or related fields)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Executive Assistant experience preferred)
- Proficiency in business-level English
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, and related productivity tools
- Ability to learn software packages as needed
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
