Position Specific Description

This position is responsible for managing all administrative activities for the office of the Treasurer and certain administration support for the staff located in Juno Beach is also required. The general support required includes traditional administrative activities including managing calendars, setting up meeting dates and securing locations, facilities coordination and support, general correspondence, and expense account submittals.

Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills including: spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary. Maintain strict confidentiality. Attention to detail. Self-starting, acts independently when appropriate. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Job Overview

This job provides secretarial and administrative support directly to executives. Employees in this role exercise confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail

- Manages schedules, appointments and calendars

- Arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and processes expense reports

- Maintains strict confidentiality and effectively and willingly adjusts to changes in priority and direction

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
