Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

•

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

•

Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.

•

Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and dispose of them properly.

•

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

•

Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

•

Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.

•

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

Skills

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

•

Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.

•

Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

•

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing repetitive motions.

•

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
