We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

This role supports the Electric Transmission System Operations Center by leading strategic communications and multimedia initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator and creative content producer who can effectively engage internal and external audiences through a variety of media. The position requires staying informed on issues affecting Electric Transmission operations to write and distribute materials related to policies, strategies, events, and projects. It involves facilitating communication between management, employees, and internal media outlets, developing and executing communication plans tailored to relevant audiences, and advising leadership on messaging strategies.
The candidate will create multimedia content including audio, video, animation, and graphics for internal and external use. Responsibilities include planning, scripting, and coordinating video shoots, operating camera equipment, and managing filming logistics. This role will perform video editing and post-production tasks independently, supporting in-house video production, and maintaining multimedia equipment and digital assets. The candidate will design and produce high-quality multimedia content aligned with Corporate Communications brand guidelines, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage creative projects from concept to completion.
The position also involves leading multimedia initiatives with expertise in video production, editing, and sound design, collaborating with marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, overseeing the development of internal job aids and best practices.
Position will be filled at the appropriate level in series based on qualifications and experience.
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.
