Equipment Operator / Crew Leader for Vegetation Control

TerraSol LLC is a small, family owned company based out of Taylor, Texas. We perform work in the vegetation management / maintenance sector. Work scopes include but not limited to : Large acreage shredding with batwing shredders and mowing with zero turns, Right of Way mowing with tractors and batwing shredders, weed-eating, mechanical and hand clearing of brush, trees, and other undesired vegetation, herbicide applications, etc.

Responsibilities of a Crew Foreman will include:

Needed experience and skills of applicant:

Applicant must be willing to travel (lodging and transportation paid by company) in peak growing season times. Applicant should expect on the road travel from 25+ % of the year. Regular away schedules are Monday to Friday home on weekends.

Applicant will need to undergo a background check and drug test prior to starting date.

Applicant will need to commute daily to Taylor. Jobsite locations vary.

Applicant will assist company in other fields of work as needed.
