Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. We are looking to train a candidate from the ground up and create another Top Coater in the business. This role involves working on construction sites and requires proficiency in using power tools and reading work orders.
Responsibilities
•
Install a variety of resenous flooring materials
•
Prepare surfaces for flooring installation by removing old flooring and repairing current substrate
•
Utilize tools effectively for grinding, repairing, and coating flooring materials.
•
Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure seamless project execution.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
•
Able to maintain a clean and safe workspace
•
Proficient in the use of power tools and other equipment necessary for flooring installation.
•
Experience with customer satisfaction
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
