As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects such as regulatory reporting for air, wastewater, solid waste, and stormwater. Your responsibilities will include managing financial reports, addressing intricate environmental regulatory challenges, and providing on-ground support to the team. - Provide onsite review of technical skills in the application of wastewater/stormwater sampling, CEMS analyzer maintenance and repair, solid waste management, and spill management.
- Create the Statement of Work for environmental projects
- Lead and coordinate with various departments within Generation
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Review and provide comments on technical reports, manuals, and various environmental documents in all environmental media
- Nine or more years of experience in assessment, interpretation, implementation or administration of environmental regulations, programs or policies, or other relevant experience, including experience with preparing technical reports and communicating with regulatory agencies.
- A degree(s) in environmental science, chemistry, wildlife biology, geology, ecological management, conservation science, business, engineering, risk management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Experience in environmental regulatory compliance experience in air, solid waste, wastewater, and stormwater program area specific to the electric industry
- Organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and day-to-day activities
