About This Job

Position: Environmental Project Manager Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

•

Develop and prepare detailed OER/DEC work plans and reports for environmental projects.

•

Oversee scheduling, management, and execution of remediation and redevelopment projects from beginning to end.

•

Provide expert guidance and oversight to ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements.

•

Manage and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

•

Serve as a key client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

•

Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

•

3-10 years of experience in environmental consulting and contracting.

•

Strong knowledge of NYC OER and NYS BCP Projects (preferred).

•

Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

•

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience.
