Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping, lawn care, and garden irrigation. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties while ensuring their outdoor spaces are healthy and well-maintained.
Duties
•
Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
•
Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns.
•
Plant, cultivate, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
•
Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
•
Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
•
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements
•
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
•
Knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing techniques and garden maintenance.
•
Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
•
Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
•
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•
Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
