Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist
to provide expert health, safety, and environmental support across our operational locations. This role plays a critical part in fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead and facilitate Safe Work programs, safety meetings, and HSE training sessions
•
Conduct regular facility and field inspections, audits, and incident investigations
•
Identify hazards and at-risk behaviors, implementing effective corrective actions
•
Collaborate closely with the Director of HSE and cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives
•
Provide coaching and guidance to employees and supervisors on safe work execution
•
Travel extensively (50%+) to support multiple basin locations across LA, TX, NM, OK, and CO
Qualifications:
•
Strong knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory health, safety, and environmental standards
•
Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
•
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE software applications
•
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous professional development
Position Details:
•
Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility for after-hours response as needed
•
Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience
•
