Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, a national multi-disciplined engineering and architecture consulting firm, is currently seeking full-time, temporary Environmental Professionals – Rangeland Technicians to join our growing team. These individuals will work with a team of environmental professionals to perform rangeland surveys across the Navajo Nation. Surveys consist of setting 200-foot transects, sampling vegetation along the transect, and harvesting and bagging vegetation for lab analysis.
This is fixed-term role from June 1-August 15 and is entirely a field position. Technicians may report for field work out of Albuquerque, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City. Successful employees will have the opportunity to work with us again in Summer 2026. All work will take place within the Navajo Nation in New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. Wilson & Company will provide limited training on local botany and field conditions, but previous experience identifying plants is essential. We anticipate a 10-4 field schedule, with technicians working a 10 day schedule in the field followed by 4 days off. Single-occupancy lodging and per diem will be provided for work days.
Please note that Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas.
