Job Description:
We are currently seeking a well-qualified individual with the necessary skills to fill the role of Environmental Engineer within the firm. You will be joining growth-minded professionals dedicated to providing solutions to complex environmental challenges. Come and be a part of our energetic Team!
Job Duties:
•Perform Environmental field activities including: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Remediation field activities and Indoor Air Quality activities (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint).
•Preparing and executing reports and other client correspondence
•Meet department revenue & profit goals
•Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering projects on-time
•Experience interfacing with clients and delivering innovative & cost-effective solutions
•Analyzes projects and makes cost-effective design recommendations and monitors design approaches
•Actively serves in quality control capacity for environmental group
•Markets company services
•Responsibilities may include marketing, negotiating contracts, budgeting, financial management, schedule coordination and resources allocation
•Performs other duties to support the team as needed
Qualifications:
•Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Chemistry or related field.
•3+ years’ experience with due diligence projects (Phase I, II)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of Microsoft Suite products and engineering programs
Preferred Qualifications:
•Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) or Lead-based paint certifications
•OSHA HAZWOPER certification is preferred
•Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) are preferred, but not required
