We're looking for an Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representative who would like to launch their new career in an immersion-learning process to build a successful foundation to sustain long-term success in sales.

What You’ll Learn (resume-builders):
•How to build and maintain a sales pipeline
•How to manage your customer accounts in an industry-leading CRM (customer relationship management)
•How to manage a sales territory using state-of-the-art AI software
•How to build strong habits of communication (verbal/nonverbal, email, text, public speaking, and written)
•How to self-generate sales through a simple and strategic door-knocking system, customer referrals, networking, and social media
•How to create estimates and manage job costs
•Best practices for job site safety
•Foundational work habits to create and sustain long-term success in sales
What You'll Do
•Work side-by-side with your trainer/Manager through the first month of training
•Meet with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and present professional estimates
•Generate new sales through newly-trained
•Build relationships and network based on honesty and reliability
•Close deals and guide customers through the insurance or financing process
•Represent our company with integrity and care in every interaction
•Follow up on leads, referrals, and job sites with discipline and consistency
