This is a full-time, on-site position at our Clearwater, FL office where you’ll be trained to become a successful insurance sales agent. You'll start by making outbound calls, learning to engage with clients, and developing the skills needed to move into a licensed sales role.

What You’ll Do:

- Make outbound calls to prospects and engage with potential clients

- Learn to qualify leads and support licensed agents

- Deliver clear, professional phone communication

- Receive hands-on training in insurance sales techniques, products, and compliance

- Strong phone presence and communication skills

- A positive, coachable attitude

- Interest in building a long-term career in life and health insurance

- Commitment to working on-site in Clearwater during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 plus AEP hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
