On Demand Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is a small family business started in 2010. We service and install in the surrounding counties, including Allen, DeKalb and Steuben. We moved our location from the northwest side of Fort Wayne to the southeast side of Auburn in 2019. We continue to provide services in Fort Wayne while expanding our area from Auburn and out. We strive to provide top quality customer service at affordable rates.

We are looking for someone who wants on the job training to join our team. The successful candidate will install and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will also strive to provide excellent customer service and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
