Entry Level Foreman

Job Summary:

Entry Level Foreman for project 3-6 months. We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to oversee a construction project and ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely. The Foreman will play a critical role in managing on-site operations, supervising crew members, tracking and managing material onsite and ensuring compliance with industry standards, including OSHA regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction management.

Duties

•Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to project specifications and timelines.

•Coordinate project scheduling and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.

•Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance among all team members.

•Maintain accurate records of work performed using photographs and software.

•Collaborate with project managers to discuss progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary.

•Assist in translating between builder and subcontractor and office staff. Spanish + English is preferred.

•Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project by conducting inspections and addressing any deficiencies promptly.

•Plan and track inventory of supplies on site

Preferred Skills:

•Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

•Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid is advantageous.

•Project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Experience in Fiber Cement Siding installation or related fields is a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
