ENTRY LEVEL ELECTRICAL PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR / PROJECT ENGINEER

Pro Electric is an electrical contractor specializing in design, engineering, and installation services. Our Kansas City based company is proud to have served the Kansas and Missouri area since 1976. We are seeking a full time, detailed oriented and self-motivated individual to join our construction management team. This entry level position provides the opportunity for advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to become proficient in other construction software applications. Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work on various duties efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.

JOB TYPE:

· Full-time Kansas - Construction Office Based

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide support to estimators, project managers, and senior project coordinator

· Update bid list daily

· Ability to coordinate and apply for any required permits

· Contact vendors and subcontractors for bid quotes

· Coordinating and communicating between in-house office and on-site activities

· Organize submittals and close out documents for Owners and General Contractors

· Other job-related duties as requested

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:

· High School or Equivalent. Some higher-level education preferred

· Construction Management and/or Electrical Engineering degree (Preferred)

· Customer service: 1 year
