Making sure customers understand the prices, services, and incentives they’re entitled to is our Client Services Associate team’s number one priority. Responsibilities of a Client Services Associate:
•Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients within retail stores
•Work with customers to identify the best products and services to assist in troubleshooting any issues solved through a sales transaction
•Abide to our policies on compliance when interacting with customers directly, ensuring sales success as well as a positive and personalized experience for each interaction
•Meet with clients and upper management weekly to discuss promotional opportunities exclusive to our customers
•Collaborate with other team members to maximize customer satisfaction
•Participate in weekly and monthly evaluations in a team-collaborative environment, balancing client expectations and employee satisfaction
How to qualify as a Client Services Associate:
•Experience in home improvement, customer service, or sales or adjacent industries
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
•Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
•High School Diploma or higher education
•Optimistic, professional, and open to feedback to improve sales margins
