Are you a seasoned enterprise architect who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology direction?

We're seeking someone who brings deep architecture experience, strong business acumen, and a track record of aligning enterprise goals with technology strategies. You’ve rolled up your sleeves in IT environments and understand the realities of technology implementation—bringing credibility and pragmatism to strategic planning. If you’re skilled at shaping future-state visions, guiding high-impact initiatives, and influencing across business and IT—without getting lost in the weeds of solution delivery—this is the role for you.

As an Enterprise Architect at ENMAX, you will help shape the long-term direction of our technology landscape. This strategic, hands-on role bridges enterprise architecture and business planning, providing guidance that enables cost-effective growth, strengthens risk posture, and supports regulatory agility.

You won’t be managing a team, but you will be hired at a management level and expected to lead through influence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic governance. This role is part of a modern, evolving EA mandate that focuses on business outcomes and future-ready operations.

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
