Join Kinectrics AES, Inc., where we tackle some of the most challenging technical projects to support the clean energy sector across the U.S. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a passion for leading complex, multi-disciplinary design engineering projects related to nuclear power plant design, modification, and analysis.

In this dynamic role, you will:

- Oversee project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Collaborate with talented engineers to drive successful project outcomes for our clients, who rely on us to maintain reliable sources of clean energy.

- Act as a key liaison between project teams and clients, ensuring all deliverables are met, risks are managed, and any changes in scope are communicated effectively.

- Take ownership of project documentation, training records, and financial processes, playing a critical role in the success of both the project and the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

- 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of project management responsibilities.

- PMP Certification preferred.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel up to 10% to support project delivery.
