What You Can Expect

ENGIE North America is offering a dynamic, two-year rotational graduate opportunity designed to provide extensive experience across the lifecycle of solar, wind, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.

This is a 2-year program consisting of three rotations: 9 months in a Flex Power Technology, 9 months in a Health, Safety, and Environmental, and then potentially a 6 month international assignment to foster global expertise and collaboration.

As the Rotational Program Graduate, you will ensure compliance with ENGIE’s internal guidelines and industry standards across all stages of project execution. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, delivering quality engineering solutions from project initiation through operation.

You will also independently manage responsibilities within each rotation while contributing proactively to team objectives and project goals.

Compensation Salary Range:

$67,500 – $103,805 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
