How You’ll Make An Impact•Support development and production by building and refining transformer tank components.
•Create and update detailed drawings using drafting and GD&T principles.
•Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams on insulation and external designs.
•Run transformer tank design programs and ensure accurate execution.
•Coordinate with suppliers and monitor procurement of long-lead materials.
•Participate in daily Gemba meetings to drive continuous improvement.
•Compile and analyze technical data to support production decisions.
•Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Your Background
•High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
•Associate degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
•Strong understanding of mechanical design and drafting principles.
•Experience with transformer tank design is a plus.
•Ability to adapt to moderately complex technical challenges.
•Comfortable working in varied environments and schedules.
