Engineer II Process

Zachry Engineering Corporation (ZEC) is currently accepting applications for a Process Engineer II to work out of our Houston Westchase Design Center. The Process Engineer II will perform routine engineering and design tasks of the process area of assigned projects based on specific and detailed instructions as to the required tasks and results expected, instructions on specific assignment objectives, ‎complex features, ‎and possible solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

3-7 years of related experience

Experience working as an engineer in the Industrial Construction/Engineering Services Industry

Good Communication Skills (Active Listening, Verbal, and Written)

Complex Problem Solving (STEM)

Critical Thinking

Attention to Detail

Problem Sensitivity

Information Ordering

Judgment and Decision Making

Proficient with Process Engineering Computer Software

Strong desire to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed Professional Engineer

Process Engineering experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or Power sector.
