The Energy Solutions Program Administrator plays a key role in advancing Trico Electric Cooperative’s commitment to innovative, member-focused energy programs. This position is responsible for administering Trico’s portfolio of energy solutions—including renewable energy, energy efficiency, demand response, and electrification initiatives—ensuring they are effectively implemented, tracked, and communicated across departments.
- An associate degree in business or applicable field.
- Three to five years of direct experience in customer service, renewable energy, or energy efficiency program administration may substitute for formal education.
- Basic understanding of secondary electrical wiring and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams to support program coordination and member inquiries.
- Demonstrates strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support data management and program coordination tasks.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and work evenings and weekends as needed.
