You will support the development and delivery of C&I Energy Efficiency programs by providing customer interactions, building system audits for energy efficiency, engineering calculations, measurement and verification, and utility program technical design and assistance.
Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas.

- Demonstrate subject matter expertise with HVAC systems, HVAC design, and HVAC controls (including the capability to perform HVAC system and BAS system audits and make recommendations to improve energy performance)
- Demonstrate the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple account managers and across multiple market delivery sectors
- Calculate energy savings for projects in our programs using standard engineering principles including physics, mechanics, fan laws, thermodynamics, algebra, and statistics
- Identify, lead, and qualify custom/M&V projects in our programs (beyond deemed savings)
- Perform ASHRAE level II audits unassisted at large commercial and industrial facilities
- Author IPMVP compliant plans and reports and review those of others
- Provide technical advice, and training to staff and program teams across large-scale programs, with a focus on subject matter expertise in custom HVAC projects and related topics

- 4+ years' experience in Energy Efficiency, HVAC or a related field preferred
- BS Engineering degree
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration across diverse audiences
- CEM Preferred
- PE Preferred
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
