Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Would be responsible to run a regular monthly maintenance rout , small repair & service calls This role requires a strong electrical and computer knowledge for troubleshooting, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
•
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
•
Troubleshoot , repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and be able to read schematics.
•
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, including general repairs.
•
Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and hand tools for repairs.
•
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
•
Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
•
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
•
Strong electrical knowledge with experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
•
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
•
Demonstrated leadership abilities in previous roles or projects.
•
Competence in using logic controllers for equipment management.
•
Ability to operate an Ohmmeter for testing electrical components effectively.
•
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
