Electro-Mechanical Technician (Wireline)

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for monitoring, detecting, reporting and enacting corrective measures for equipment malfunctions. MUST be experienced in the maintenance and repair of wireline/cased hole logging tools and equipment.

Role and Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systems and supporting equipment.

- Assists electrical technician in trouble shooting and repair of systems.

- Perform setup on equipment.

- Handle daily routine cleaning.

- Perform daily preventive maintenance and services on equipment.

- Install, adjust, inspect, perform diagnostic troubleshooting and make all repairs to equipment.

- Repair components of mechanical plant apparatus and performs post maintenance testing.

- Install, align, assemble, and disassemble equipment.

- Provide onsite/offsite client support as required.

- Provide internal support and/or training for internal stakeholders as required.

- Works with Quality Compliance department regarding compliance issues.

- Continuously fully comply with all regulatory related requirements.

- Work safely at all times.

- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.

- Committed to a high standard of safety and willing to comply with all safety laws and all of the company’s safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experiences

- Should be able to perform routine operations.

- Must exercise analytical ability and judgment.

- Warrior Well Logging Systems experience is a plus

- Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.

- Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at proficient levels.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Technical school/Associate degree in related field or equivalent wireline work experience

- Requires three (3) + years appropriate wireline/cased hole maintenance and mechanical experience.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no relocation package

Physical Demands

- Could involve some lifting, up to 20 lbs.

- May require strenuous work activity due to the nature of the Upstream and Downstream business.

- Ability to perform physical requirement of job which may require prolonged exertion, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing and working awkward position and areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
