Location: Premier Mine Site, 25 kms. Northeast of Stewart, British Columbia
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent or designate, the Electrician is responsible for working as part of the team to install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical related equipment in the Mill. The Electrician is committed to embedding and fostering Ascot's health and safety culture of No Harm while ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.

Someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and is a critical thinker detailed orientated with demonstrated planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills. You have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, the ability to delegate work to achieve results and manage projects, and have thorough working knowledge of efficient maintenance techniques and procedures that conform to applicable the Mines Act, Provincial and Federal safety regulations pertaining to the mining industry in BC.
