The Position

Electrician

Job Summary

The jobholder’s objectives are to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the electrical and controls equipment in the plant.

The jobholder is responsible for accomplishing the preventive, predictive, and repair maintenance tasks in the plant.

Key Tasks:

+ AC/DC Motors and Motor Controls + Switchgear, Transformers, and Load Break Switch Distribution Equipment + Fuses, Power Circuit Breakers, Load Centers, and Breaker Panels + Wiring, Terminations, and Grounding Systems

+ Plant PLC Hardware (analog & digital I/O, wiring, power supplies) + Controllers, Relays, HMI Panels, Communication Modules, and related wiring + Instrumentation and Sensors (Pressure, Temp, Level, Gas Analysis, Weight, Flow) + Control Valves, Actuators, and Limit Switches
