Job Summary
HD Electric is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while promoting our products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build relationships with builders and developers.
- Working with our Project Manager to insure that all jobs can be done in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in outside sales, or electrical service sales.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on relationship building and customer retention.
- Ability to read and understand blue prints.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
